Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta Heaven

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring a silky garlic butter cream sauce that comes together quickly and effortlessly.

Ingredients

·         Pasta, 400 g (14 oz)

·         Unsalted butter, 60 g (4 tablespoons)

·         Olive oil, 1 tablespoon

·         Garlic, 6 cloves, finely minced

·         Heavy cream, 240 ml (1 cup)

·         Grated Parmesan-style cheese, 60 g (½ cup)

·         Salt, 1 teaspoon, or to taste

·         Black pepper, ½ teaspoon

·         Reserved pasta water, up to 120 ml (½ cup)

·         Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

1.      Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.

2.      Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

3.      Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30–60 seconds.

4.      Pour in cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.

5.      Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.

6.      Add pasta and toss to coat, adding pasta water as needed.

7.      Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

·         Keep heat low after adding cream to maintain a smooth sauce.

·         Adjust thickness using reserved pasta water for best results.
