A luxurious and indulgent dish that brings restaurant-quality comfort to your home, perfect for cozy nights or special occasions.

Ingredients

·         12 oz fettuccine pasta

·         1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

·         3 tablespoons unsalted butter

·         4 cloves garlic, minced

·         1 cup heavy cream

·         1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

·         1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

·         1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

·         Salt and black pepper, to taste

·         2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

·         1 tablespoon olive oil

·         Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions

1.      Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

2.      In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.

3.      Add heavy cream and broth. Stir in remaining Italian seasoning and simmer 3-5 minutes.

4.      Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

5.      Add uncooked fettuccine, ensuring it is submerged in sauce. Cover and simmer until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Add water or broth if needed.

6.      Return shrimp to skillet and toss with pasta and sauce.

7.      Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

·         Use fresh Parmesan for best results.

·         Do not overcook shrimp; they will continue cooking in the sauce.

·         Simmer gently to avoid sauce separation.

·         Adjust sauce thickness with extra broth if necessary.
