A creamy, comforting one-pot pasta made with chicken or beef kielbasa, perfect for busy evenings and cozy family meals.
340 g (12 oz) chicken or beef kielbasa, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
240 g (2 cups / 8 oz) dry pasta
720 ml (3 cups) chicken broth
240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
120 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
60 g (2 cups) fresh spinach
Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the kielbasa. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Add pasta, broth, cream, and seasonings. Stir well.
Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in kielbasa, spinach, and cheese until creamy.
Serve hot.
