Easy One Pot Kielbasa Pasta Delight

A creamy, comforting one-pot pasta made with chicken or beef kielbasa, perfect for busy evenings and cozy family meals.

Ingredients

  • 340 g (12 oz) chicken or beef kielbasa, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 240 g (2 cups / 8 oz) dry pasta

  • 720 ml (3 cups) chicken broth

  • 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream

  • 120 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 60 g (2 cups) fresh spinach

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown the kielbasa. Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.

  • Add pasta, broth, cream, and seasonings. Stir well.

  • Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in kielbasa, spinach, and cheese until creamy.

 

  • Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use only chicken or beef kielbasa.

  • Add extra broth if the sauce becomes too thick.

  • Best served fresh but reheats well with added liquid.
