A comforting one-pan dinner featuring tender chicken, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta—ideal for cozy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

·         4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

·         2 tablespoons olive oil

·         4 cloves garlic, minced

·         1 cup chicken broth

·         1 cup heavy cream

·         1 cup grated parmesan cheese

·         8 ounces uncooked fettuccine or your favorite pasta

·         1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

·         ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

·         ½ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

·         2 tablespoons unsalted butter

·         Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1.      Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2.      Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3.      Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

4.      Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it is submerged in the sauce. Cover and cook 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

5.      Slice chicken and return it to the skillet. Toss to coat pasta and chicken in the sauce.

6.      Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan cheese. Serve hot.

Notes

·         Use freshly grated parmesan for a creamier sauce.

·         Adjust sauce consistency with a splash of chicken broth or cream if needed.

·         Pound chicken to even thickness for consistent cooking.

·         Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
