A rich, indulgent pasta dish with tender chicken and a creamy garlic butter sauce that’s perfect for cozy dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

·         1 pound (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

·         12 oz (340 g) pasta of your choice

·         4 tablespoons unsalted butter

·         1 tablespoon olive oil

·         4 cloves garlic, minced

·         1 small onion, finely chopped

·         1 teaspoon smoked paprika

·         1 teaspoon chili powder

·         1/2 teaspoon onion powder

·         1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

·         Salt and pepper to taste

·         1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

·         1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth

·         1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

·         2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

·         Optional: red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions

1.      Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

2.      Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3.      Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4.      Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

5.      Add Parmesan cheese and stir until creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

6.      Return chicken to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.

7.      Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

·         Use chicken thighs for juicier meat.

·         Adjust spices to taste.

·         Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain sauce consistency.
