4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
3 cups chicken broth, low sodium
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces uncooked fettuccine or pasta of choice
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups baby spinach (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
